1. Who we are

This website is operated by Clean & Pristine Car Care (Marco Cavallo, sole trader), providing mobile car valeting and detailing services across Edinburgh, Lothians & The Borders. 2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services, request a quote, and make a booking enquiry. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update or withdraw content at any time.

3. Bookings and quotes

Prices and availability shown on the site are indicative. A booking or quote you submit is a request; it is not confirmed until we contact you to accept it and agree the work, price, date and location. We may need to adjust a quote once we have seen the vehicle and its condition.

4. Carrying out the work

We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. As a mobile service, we need safe access to the vehicle. We carry our own water and can use generator power, so we are largely self-sufficient; access to an outdoor tap and a standard power socket is helpful where available, so please let us know your setup when you book. If we cannot safely complete the work on the day, we will discuss the options with you.

5. Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may need to reschedule for reasons outside our control (for example severe weather); if so, we will arrange a new time with you.

6. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, unless we tell you otherwise. We will confirm the accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the price paid for the work concerned. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in a vehicle.

8. Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual property

The content, branding, images and design on this website belong to Clean & Pristine Car Care unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

10. Links to other sites

This website may link to third-party sites (for example our social media or booking tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
